Free JOB OPENING: Senior Estimator Beirut

Hiring a senior estimator for a promising construction company in Sydney – Australia.
The position is based in Lebanon and will be reporting to the General Manager.
The Estimator will be responsible for the daily operations for the estimating division by:
- Managing and reviewing tender requests.
- Reviewing and analyzing technical drawings, scopes and specifications for projects.
- Completing plan take-offs, BOQs and project cost spreadsheets.
- Supplier management including qualification and coordination for pricing.
- Preparing tender submissions and ensure deadlines are met.

The candidate needs to acquire over 4 years’ experience in a similar role is essential (Construction, Civil and Landscaping Estimators experience) and advanced technical knowledge of landscape and/or civil construction methodology, materials.
